I just finished my appointment with Dr. Santos and I am super pleased with my appointment. I am utterly shocked about all these bad reviews. Dr. Santos is super sweet and honest. She let me know what would be covered and what wouldn't under my insurance. If she wanted to she could have charged me out of pocket fees but she didn't. She's not like these other dentist that do procedures then give you a crazy price once the procedures over. Dr. Santos and her staff went an extra mile to verify my insurance even though I did not have all the information. Everyone in her office is super sweet and helpful. I give this office a 5/5!

Hello, I was incarcerated in CDCR in California, and upon my release I was signed up for Obama Care and dental cal. aAfter I got him, I started having problems with my front tooth again and I somehow was assigned to Dr. Santos. She took xrays and told me that I needed a root canal and a crown. The problem was I was not approved by dental cal yet to get the root canal or the crown yet, and out of the kindness of her heart she did the procedure out of her own pocket and she didn't know me at all. She saved my front tooth and paid for it until my insurance cleared, and I am so thankful. I was honest with her when I first met her and told her I was just released from prison and never did she judge me or treat me any different than any one else, actually she showed human compassion for a complete stranger and helped me when I needed it most and for this I am very thankful, she is an amazing dentist and a wonderful human being and I would recommend her to any one. thank you Dr. Edna

Hello, I was formerly incarcerated, and when I was incarcerated I had some dental issues which I had to get worked on by a dentist in California Department of Corrections, and the work was below satisfactory and I was still having problems with my front tooth upon release. Dr. Edna out of the kindness of her heart did the root canal that I needed as well as the crown paid for out of her own pocket because I was not cleared from dental cal to get a root canal or a crown. She did not judge me about being a formerly incarcerated individual, and in fact the opposite, she showed complete compassion for me and helped me out so much and not just once, twice she has worked late to get my teeth finished and I just want to say that she is an amazing Dentist that I would recommend to anyone, and more importantly she is a sweet generous loving caring human being who is willing to help any one who walks through her office doors. Dr. Santos you are amazing thank you for helping me fix my smile.

Dr Edna is amazing! She and her staff take such great care with their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist downtown.
